Instructor: Kyle Day
Kyle’s classes focus on both wheelthrowing and handbuilding, and Kyle is especially skilled at pinch and coil pots. This class’s projects will have something for everyone, from very beginner students to advanced potters with both group and one-on-one instruction. Kyle is always happy to work with students on new skills they're looking to build. Spend the summer learning to create fun and functional works of art!
Adult classes are for freshman in high school and older and include: one 25 lb. bag of white or red stoneware clay; 24/7 studio access via an Open Studio Hours signup sheet; all glazes and firings
You will need a basic 8-piece tool kit. You can buy one at the studio for $28 or order one before you start class. We like the Kemper kit from dickblick.com or TheCeramicShop.com.
