Advanced Bootcamp! Saturday, May 17: 2pm-6pm

$75.00
1 available

INTERMEDIATE - ADVANCED

By popular demand, we’re adding a new bootcamp for Intermediate-Advanced students who want to practice the challenges that crop up as you gain more experience as a potter. Throwing larger amounts of clay, breaking height barriers, throwing in multiple pieces, making sets, throwing molds, specialty forms, and whatever else you can think of, this is your chance to let loose, learn, and practice new techniques without worrying about the final product. As with Fundamentals Bootcamp, we’ll start the day with a brainstorming session and tailor the class to those goals.

Kim is big on tips, tricks, details, cutting LOTS of pots in half, and working with each person's learning style to help you find your footing. Everything is fully hands on, and works both with the full group and with each participant individually throughout the day. All clay is provided for you and recycled at the end of the day. You can keep one pot if you choose, but the goal is to let loose and not worry about producing, just learning!
