Meredith joined us for a one day workshop the day after NCECA (the national clay conference) ended in Providence, RI. She was amazing and has completely inspired us all to start playing with paper stencils, cool colors, decals and tissue transfers! Loved it!
Oh yeah! Its our birthday!
The Clay School turns 10 today! A huge milestone for us as a business, as a studio, as artists!
A big thank you to everyone who has been our students, artists, our friends and our cheerleaders!
We are super excited to announce Holly Curcio as our newest addition to our teaching staff at The Clay School. Starting January 2015, Holly will be teaching both a regular Thursday Night class as well as a 6 week sculpture session on Monday nights.

It isn't everyday that I see this many babies in one day! We printed this Mother's Group of over 80 families in Somerville. We printed over 25 of them in a few hours. Amazing.
I am always excited to bring clay out of the studio.
Last week I did a wonderful all day workshop at The Arlington School in Belmont, MA.
The kids and staff were so interested and engaged. It was rewarding and fun to share my story through my work.
I did a demonstration, slide show, and small group hands-on projects. It think everyone has a new look on the medium of clay.
Thanks for having me!
I still love doing the little baby prints in clay. This is a side job I started doing about 6 years ago and I have gotten pretty good at getting great prints. It took some practice!
Here is an example of a little guy I just did.
I have been going to baby stores, toy stores, and to mommy groups to do printing "days" for years. If you want me to come to your group just email me!
